Warranty

 

All True Tone speakers come with a 3-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

 

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by incorrect installation, connection or packaging
• Misuse, negligence, modification, or use outside of the guidance in the user manual
• Use of parts or accessories not authorised by True Tone
• Faults caused by unsuitable or defective ancillary equipment
• Damage caused by accidents, lightning, water, fire, heat, war, public disturbance, or other events beyond our reasonable control
• Products with altered, defaced or removed serial numbers
• Products purchased from unauthorised sellers

Making a claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@truetonespeakers.com with proof of purchase.

We will guide you through the process and, where applicable, arrange repair or replacement.

 

Repairs and replacements

If your product is repaired or replaced under warranty, it will be returned to you at our cost.

Any replacement product will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

 

Your rights

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.
