Each pair is carefully packaged and arrives ready to set up in minutes.
45-day home trial & returns
Every True Tone system comes with a 45-day home trial, giving you time to experience the speakers in your own space. We’re confident you’ll love them.
If you choose to return your order within this period, we will arrange collection for you. A return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover collection and handling.
We aim to keep this as straightforward as possible, and will confirm the applicable fee at the time of return.
Delivery times
In-stock items are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.
For pre-orders, estimated delivery timings are shown on the product page.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.
Duties and taxes
All duties and taxes are included in the purchase price for EU and UK orders, so there are no additional charges on delivery.
For orders outside the EU and UK, local import duties and taxes may apply. These are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Packaging & returns conditions
Your speakers are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery and should be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Returns that show signs of damage or misuse may be subject to a deduction.
