our best to accommodate your request. Each pair is carefully packaged and arrives ready to set up in minutes.
45-day home trial & returns
- Every True Tone system comes with a 45-day home trial, giving you time to experience the speakers in your own space. We’re confident you’ll love them.
- If you choose to return your order within this period, we will arrange collection for you. A return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover collection and handling.
- We aim to keep this as straightforward as possible, and will confirm the applicable fee at the time of return.
Delivery times
- In-stock items are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.
- For pre-orders, estimated delivery timings are shown on the product page.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.
Duties and taxes
- All duties and taxes are included in the purchase price for EU and UK orders, so there are no additional charges on delivery.
- For orders outside the EU and UK, local import duties and taxes may apply. These are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Packaging & returns conditions
- Your speakers are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery and should be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Returns that show signs of damage or misuse may be subject to a deduction.
