The T1 Signature is a pre-order, with estimated delivery in November 2026. Each pair is assembled to order and we build in the sequence orders come in. We ship with DHL and send tracking on dispatch. If the schedule moves we will email you rather than leave you to find out from this page.
Payment is taken in full at checkout. In the UK and New Zealand we currently take payment by bank transfer, and the details come with your order confirmation. Card payment is coming shortly. If you have any questions about paying for your order, email info@truetonespeakers.com and we will walk you through it.
Yes, at any time before your pair is dispatched, for a full refund with no fee. Email info@truetonespeakers.com and we will process it.
Every pair comes with a 45 day home trial from the date of delivery. Unpack them, set them up properly, and give them real time in your own room, which is the only room that matters. If they are not right, get in touch and we arrange collection. If you are a UK or EU consumer, there is no fee within your 14 day statutory cancellation window. After that, but still inside the 45 days, a collection fee of £130, €150 or NZ$300 is deducted from your refund. That fee is always waived if anything is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect.
The United Kingdom, the European Union and New Zealand. All duties and taxes are included in the price shown, so there is nothing to pay on delivery, and New Zealand orders ship delivery duty paid. We will confirm any customs formalities with you in good time before dispatch. If you are outside these regions, email info@truetonespeakers.com and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
Three years from delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Because the speakers are connected, firmware improvements arrive over the air at no cost, and many questions can be sorted remotely. If a unit does need to come back to us, contact us first and we will arrange it. Your statutory rights as a consumer apply on top of this.
True Tone Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 11286737, VAT GB480325209. The speakers are made in Europe, with cabinets built in Estonia and final assembly and tuning in the Netherlands. Wherever you are, your contract, your warranty and your right to return are all with True Tone Limited. Email info@truetonespeakers.com. If you want a straight answer about whether the speakers suit your room before you order, ask that too. We would rather talk you out of a purchase than process a return.
